Anna is big fan so we layered angel food cake filled with fresh strawberry buttercream and frosted with vanilla buttercream and then covered the entire cake in colored marshmallow fondant. Since the "S" is separate the negative spaces were carved to leave the letter slightly raised. The two colors were then added for a nice extra dimensional effect. The board is also covered in colored fondant.
