Traditional fruit cake covered in marzipan and vanilla fondant which I colored ivory. Cake is a 12" square. Swags and knots are made from a 50/50 mixture of fondant and gumpaste and brushed with light gold pearl dust.All the flowers and foliage (carnations, orchids, gypsophila, chincherinchee, ivy and other leaves) are made from gmpaste.
