I only used one layers for this cake because I wanted the stacked look w/o all the cake. The top and bottom layers are covered in chocolate Ganache and the middle layer is covered in white fondant and quilted. All the accents are done in fondant. This was my first attempt at making Calla lilies...they didn't turn out too bad.
