This is a Gluten-Free Birthday cake for my father-in-law. My sister-in-law has a wheat allergy and since she was here for her fathers birthday I made a cake she could eat. I got the recipe from this site, it tasted great. The icing is all Buttercream and the Stork on the lower portion was done freehand.
