Bottom Tier, 10". Middle Tier, two 7" & one 6", carved. All are covered in fondant.
 Santa, is made from RKT. Holly, Berries, Toys, Rope, Reindeers and Santa's Hat, Arms and Mittens are made from fondant/gumpaste. Snow, Snowflakes, Antlers and Bells on reindeers are royal icing. Edible glitter was applied to snow, snowflakes and Santa's rim and ball on his hat. Gold luster dust was painted on rope, antlers and bells on reindeers. Super Pearl luster dust was then airbrushed on entire cake.
