I had a ridiculous amount of chocolate mud cake off cuts from a batch of orders I'd made for christmas, I mixed them up chocolate buttercream, rolled them into balls, chilled them then dipped them in melted milk chocolate and decorated them with melted white chocolate using a piping bag. I gave them as gifts to close friends and family for christmas - each of them absolutely LOVED them!
