I made this cake for my family's Christmas party. The top tier is a chocolate cake and chocolate filling, and the bottom tier is an Italian cream cake and cream cheese filling. Both tiers are covered with whipped cream frosting. The gold pearls and holly are gum paste, and the poinsettias are fake flowers.
