I love the ganache cakes I've seen on CC so I gave it a try myself. It definitely looks like a first attempt but everyone loved it. Top layer Chocolate WASC filled with ganache and bottom was WASC with bc frosting in the middle. This was a pretty tall cake as I used two 8" x 3" cakes. The recipes were from CC and everyone loved them! Thanks to those who posted their recipes.
