Thanks to everyone here at CC for the ideas! I made this for my Mom's group xmas party and it was a big hit! :) *First layer is chocolate mouse filling on chocolate cake. *Second layer is chocolate ganache with buttercream on chocolate cake. *Third layer is yellow cake with vanilla buttercream. *Igloo is chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. *All characters are edible (each of the kids had one) vanilla gumpaste. *Tree is royal icing on a ice cream cone.
