the cake is a lemon cake with vanilla frosting. i used rct on the sides and covered them with fondant (lesson learned: make your own rct not the store bought kind.) the beer is actual beer ( i would have a pretty upset birthday man if it wasnt). the ice cubes are made of gelatin.
