Dark chocolate fudge cake, Bettercreme mint flavored filling (tinted mint green) with Andes Candies pieces, iced with white BC and covered with white chocolate fondant. Gum paste poinsettias, fondant snowflakes and pearl border are dusted with pearl dust, the ribbon is real.
