A big thanks out to SugaryGoodness for her inspiration and help with this cake. It was definitely a challenge, but I must say I'm okay with the way it turned out. Now hopefully it'll make the delivery! Fondant, buttercream underneath, RKT roots/legs, gumpaste tools.

this is amazing! and too funny. i just told my dentist last week that when all my dental work is done (whenever ..ugh) i would make him a 'tooth' cake. now i have insipiration. great job!!
