This is an 8" chocolate cake with vanilla BC. The decorations are a mix of fondant and gumpaste. I wan to thank Win fo the great idea. The Birthday girl loved it and I actually had to make another Hockey cow because her older brother (the Hockey player) wanted one to display with his stick.
