Four layers per tier, top tier Red velvet silk with old fashioned milk and flour frosting (what a bugger to work with) bottom tier Dark chocolate mocha with peppermint filling and buttercream frosting. Angels and star are hand painted cut outs, they are really special but didn't really show up in the picture.
