Christmas Candle cakes are WASC torted several times, frosted in buttercream then covered in fondant. The tallest candle is three 6 x 3 cakes and the smaller one is two 6 x 3's. Decorations are comprised of fondant, sugarpaste and a 50/50 mix of both for the snowman border.
