This cake was made as a butter cake in three tiers, the bottom is the main part of the cake. Figured that if I did just an excavator there wouldn't be enough actual cake to eat, so I made the excavator on top. The customer really loved it and was booking in for her daughter's birthday in April. Hmmm, wonder what that will be?
