I made this candy covered house for display in my bakery. Candy houses are really not my specialty and this house proved it. Our climate is very cold, dry and snowy so I was wasn't prepared for a bunch of sticky and melty candies to start popping off of the house a day after I finished it. I can't imagine how those of you in humid climates can pull it off!
