This is vanilla cake with raspberry filling. It is covered in cream cheese icing. The white chocolate straws are pressed against the icing to create a wall to hold on the fresh fruit on top of the tiers. I used donut sugar instead of regular powdered sugar. This type of sugar is not easily absorbed and did not cause the fruit to leak as bad as regular sugar would. I ordered the white chocolate from a chocolatier.
