I am a TOTAL beginner! And I never finish in class because my hands get tired very easily. I am working on improving on a lot of areas of cake decorating, from icing consistency to techniques in general. I am very excited about taking future courses, and I hope design a better cake the next time and make them for family birthdays! Thank you! :)
