This cake was made for my DH's police traffic unit Christmas party. It was a huge hit and everyone was trying to figure how the accident happened. This was really fun to make and DH had WAY too much fun smashing up the cars, he even made the cruiser and van local! 9x13 chocolate-fudge-kahlua cake, 3 layers high! Fondant accents with cookie crumb dirt. Everything is edible except the cars.
