Mini "Australian Style" gingerbread houses

These mini gingerbread houses are made from a gingerbread cookie Mum and I came up with many years ago. Without spices or ginger it is great for kids and a hit with adults. I love making these little guys and they are hugely popular as they are small and an economical Xmas gift.
