I made this everything bagel (with handmade poppy and sesame seeds) tomatoes and swiss cheese along with a wedge of swiss cheese for my daughter's 16th birthday. Her favourite food is the bagel and cheese and every year I include a snow man on her cake so I thought this year a snow "mouse" was a little more fitting! She loved it!
