I had so much fun making this cake for Kristin's 21st birthday. The design was a surprise. She said her favorite color was green and favorite flower was the daisy. Her Mother wanted to include a representation of Kristin's little stuffed piglet she's had since she was really little. She loved it and cried over the piglet. :) Pina Colada cake, pineapple/coconut filling, pina colada buttercream and pina colada fondant. TFL!!
