I made this cake for my niece a few days ago. She loved it and I enjoyed making it. Its 2x10" vanilla cakes together,with vanilla buttercream for the water,grass and on the sides.I used white gel for the tips of the waves and the sand is crushed biscuits. I made the hut from vanilla cake,choc buttercream and pretzels.The surfboard,towel and boat are all fondant.The umbrella,flowers,lei and trees are all inedible.
