This cake was made for an ice skating party and she loves blue and purple! The girl just wanted a random cake and chose Mr. Potato Head. :) This is an eight inch square double layer cake with a carved white cake on top. Both parts are covered with vanilla butter cream icing than home made fondant, the hat and scarf are also home made fondant. The facial features, shoes, and arms on the Potato Head are made of gum paste. (November, 2009)
