This barn cake is a double layer chocolate 9x9 cake with a light chocolate buttercream tinted with red red. I used graham crackers for the shingles and doors. pretzels for the door and window frames. Tinted coconut for the hay and grass. I did apply green frosting to "glue" down the green grass coconut. The pigs are chocolate cupcakes. I used red M&M's put in sideways for the nostrils and brown M&M's for the eyes. I cut red fruit roll-up in triangles for the ears. It was made for a 3 year old little boy who lives on a farm and loves his pigs!
