I made this for a friends daughters 1st irthday. It was my first attempt at making a gumpaste tiara and I think it looks pretty cute. Its hard to see the petal luster dust both on the cake and tiara. The cake itself is a pink vanilla WASC with pink vanilla buttercream. All covererd in Satin Ice fondant. I now know why one should use a quilting tool to do any sort of quilting affect. I was not too pleased at how uneven my quilting pattern is, but live and learn. i will be purchasing a quiling tool soon. LOL. All in all her parents were pleased.
