Groundhog Day Cupcakes
Hey, any reason to make cupcakes, right? Thanks to other CCers who made similar cupcakes last year for the inspiration....I changed them up a bit by baking Groundhog cookies to stick in the cupcakes. They were a lot of fun, I was laughing as I looked at them all on the counter. Don't they sort of look like they just woke up?

bellejoey, you're so kind! These are made with an owl cookie cutter, the top half. Every cookie cutter looks a little like something else to me, I'm always squinting at them funny. :D
Missy, I did NOT see my shadow :lol: These are cuter today than they were yesterday. I just LOVE them.... They are in my favs!!
