I have seen these in the stores and here on cake central and have been dying to try them. This particular batch was made for my sister's birthday and she loved them. I was surprised how simple it was and the end result is beautiful. I still need some work perfecting the petal formation, but those that do not decorate cakes are not as critical as I am.
