This was my version of Wilton's Amazing Amazon cake for my niece's birthday. Bottom is 12" WASC with almond bc filling. Top is 8" chocolate with almond bc filling. Animals are fondant on globe pillars. I decorated the top and bottom separately and when I went to put the top on the bottom I realized the writing wasn't lined up!! I had to try to move the top cake and it cracked so I had to re-ice a lot. sheesh! This one was definiely a labor of love!
