This photo is from 2007. My daughter said ... "Mommy would you please make a princess castle cake for my birthday?" Not knowing what I was doing ... this way my first time ever doing anything like this ... I gave it my best shot. I was determined to make my baby girl happy. I know now that I can do it better, but the look on her face with this end result was ... PRICELESS and worth the effort!
