Halloween Cake
This is the 2nd time I made a tiered cake and THIS time I remembered to put a dowel rod in the middle! Arrived intact to it's destination!! Bottom tier is banana with caramel/nut filling, top tier strawberry with strawberry mousse filling. All edible except for the spider's legs and the ribbon at the base of the top tier.

Green is Lemon Yellow and Leaf Green together...who would have thought a little stick would make such a difference! LOL

how did you make the spider....I love it!!!
I took cake scraps and rolled it into a ball, then covered it with black icing with tip 233. The I took black pipe cleaners and stuck them into the spider, iced eyes, nose & mouth with BC.
