This chocolate-and-cherry flavored cake was fun to make, and really reflected the bride's bubbly personality. Everything was fondant, except the silk flowers on top. Several guests were wary of trying the fondant (they had only tasted the pre-made type) but once they tried the homemade, they loved it.
