I used an impression mat then used tip 3 to make the dots. I did the *brooch* by texturizing fondant and cutting it with a round cutter then let it dry on the back of a flower former. I painted it with nu silver then sprinkled silver sparkle dust on it. I pearlized the whole cake and then sprinkled it with disco dust.
