This is my circus tent cake from my Planet Cake course. I've been waiting months to do it, and it's worth every cent! I learnt so much, and it was really fun. It's a chocolate mudcake covered in ganache, then fondant. Rather than trying to take it on the plane from Brisbane to Gladstone, I found the perfect home for it. The partner of a co-worker of my Mum's works for the Starlight Foundation, and a little girl was having her eighth birthday in hospital - with a circus theme! I'm so glad that I could help make a little girl's day more special.
