This was a cake made for a local magazine called "Enjoy" for an employee appreciation party. The cake was a the french vanilla sour cream cake combination that won the cake tasting on the season finale episode of TLC's Ultimate Cake Off. I was an assistant on the Winbeckler team, and Roland's secret cake recipe is amazing! Needless to say, the cake was a hit at the party! :)
