There were 7 resident (medical) birthdays during the month of Nov, each with very different interests. I was not sure how to combine all their interests, into one cake. My solution, I made 1 tile for every birthday person and added a symbol that would represent his/her interests. Classic white cake with buttercream, fondant tiles.
