Phew...thought I'd bitten off more than I could chew with this one, but I am very pleased with how it turned out. My first 3 tier cake, first attempt at modelling, first cake with fillings...lots of firsts! Top and bottom tiers are chocolate fudge cake with chocolate mousse filling and vanilla icing, middle layer is vanilla cake with fresh strawberries and vanilla icing. Bow and monkeys are 50/50 gumpaste and fondant, everything else is fondant.
