Music / Saxophone Cake

12" vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream; 9" chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream; 6" caramel flavour sponge with vanilla buttercream. All covered with marzipan and sugarpaste. Musical notes cut out using a set by Patchwork Cutters. Saxophone hand-modelled from modelling paste (sugarpaste with added CMC). For my oldest (as in most long standing!) friend's 40th birthday.
