My son who is turning six next week loves to play AGE of Empires the computer game. So when I ask him what he wanted for his birthday cake, he asked for a castle cake. We'll see how he likes it tomorrow. This was a 1/4 sheet cake that I cut up and carved. The cake looks a lot bigger than it really is. It took me 9 1/2 hours to make this cake! I don't have any impression mats so I made do.
