My first time trying chocolate ganache.... mmmm it was very good. My boarders are horrible I know... my 2 year old was wiggling the table as I was trying to decorate. My mom loved it anyhow, it was chocolate cake with raspberry filling. It's always fun to try new icings and recipes!!
