Just finished up my last course last night! I was very happy with how this turned out and I am addicted to gumpaste roses!! Bottom tier is Cranberry White Chocolate Pumpkin Cake with cream cheese icing, top tier is WASC with raspberry filling and covered with Michele Foster's white chocolate fondant. TFL!
