I hate working with black!

I have never been successful with coloring fondant black. Buy it from Satin Ice and breathe!

I agree...coloring fondant black is horrible! I use an airbrush....much easier.

the best way to colour it black is to mix in cocoa so it is dark brown and then add some black. Makes it way easier!

I learned my lesson. For my "Twilight" cake I bought the Satin Ice and what a difference! Lesson learned :)
