Pineapple cake with whipped cream & pineapple filling, bc frosting. For my daughter's end of the season soccer party. I think my icing was too thin b/c it kept falling down the cake and didn't crust as well as it did last time. I'm new to all this, so it's deffinately a learning experiance as I go.
