Just beautiful! Do you mind tell what you use to ice with? Paper towel, spatula upside method? I have been using towel method, but for rounds it doesnt' give that perfect flat top and round edges you have. I want to try the upside down method and see how it works.

stylishbite...the only method I do use is the VIVA paper towel method, being sure to let it crust about 10 minutes before smoothing..then doing edges last with 2 fingers in "L" shape(one on top,one on side) over paper towel. Good Luck!
