In community album: Cake Disasters
This was a cake made for a friend and her son put too many relightable candles on it.  The result, we couldn't blow them out and the cake suffered the consequences.  We did rescue the bottom bits to eat, but you could taste the wax.... Yuk!

nevermind the wax....how much DNA was on that cake from everyone huffing and puffing trying to get those candles out???? hahahaha!! Great story! Thanks for sharing it! :D

Hee, Hee lots of DNA I can assure you. We thought we would have a major fire on our hands at the time. But we had plenty of laughs afterward. Come to think of it not many ventured to eat it, I wonder why :D

We always have a cup of water near by when using trick candles. If they don't blow out we throw them in the water.
