This is one of my favourite cakes. I made it for the Christening of my 2 Godsons, Ben (5) and Harry (8 Weeks). Sadly Harry passed away at 10 weeks of Spinal Muscular Atrophy.

The train on the top was for Ben, who is absolutely train mad and the blue giraffe (AKA: Stumpy) was for Harry - his mum had a thing for giraffes, so I thought I made one in fondant for this cake (Unfortunately I didn't leave the body to dry out for long enough so the weight of his head squished his neck down, hence the nickname 'Stumpy' lol).

The cake was chocolate mud cake (is there any other kind worth baking and eating?!) and the decorations were all in fondant.
