Ahh Fall! I just love getting to make these! These are always my Fall special, and my clients wait for them on baited breath!! LOL Vanilla spice cake with a gingersnap crust, filled with a pumpkin pie type filling, and topped with vanilla SMBC, a dusting of cinnamon and sugar, caramel drizzle and some more crumbled gingersnaps. MMMMM!!
