Used the Wilton kit. SUCH A BEAST TO ASSEMBLE! I really wish they had a better system than putting chocolate and dowel rods on the bottom of the turrets. Not really stable, I thought. All buttercream and royal icing flowers. Top of the turrets is fondant.
