This cake is 100% edible. The base is White Sponge with Peach mango Butter Cream, wrapped in marshmallow fondant. The Top is poured, and pulled sugar tinted blue and flavored peach and mango. The Figure is Gum paste. I added a spinning light inside to make the water look like its moving. We are really happy with the way it turned out.
